In April 2021, Pacifico transitioned to new ownership - a dynamic partnership between a Canadian entrepreneur in the entertainment industry with extensive experience in American development, and a Costa Rican businessman who has been in the Pacifico community since the early days of the project.
Our Canadian Partner first came to Costa Rica in the early 90's, fell in love with the place, eventually buying property here 15 years later. Being already a strong catalyst in the Costa Rica community and a passionate homeowner in Pacifico, our local partner brought a vision of possibilities to the future of the community.
