Here is the breakdown of what has been sold by the Developer since sales began in January 2007:

- 46 Clubside Residences – SOLD OUT
- 10 Townhome Residences – SOLD OUT
- 78 Homesites – 59 unsold
- 12 Homesites in Pacifico Heights – SOLD OUT
Of the homesites that were sold, 26 owners have completed construction of their single-family home in PACIFICO (33%) and another 10 single-family homes are currently under construction 13%).
Realtors referred 56% of the buyers at PACIFICO representing over $41 million in sales.
WHAT’S AVAILABLE FOR SALE BY THE DEVELOPER?
Currently, there are 38 homesites available for sale in PACIFICO from $125,000.
TIMEFRAME FOR BUILDING A HOME: According to Article 10.4 of the PACIFICO Master Association CC&R’s, any person or entity who purchases a lot within PACIFICO shall have the obligation to build and complete construction of a dwelling on that lot within a four (4) year period of time after the initial buyer closes on the Lot with the Developer. Building must start, at the latest, three (3) years after this initial closing date on the Lot.
There are additional areas of land available for the development of condominiums and/or a boutique hotel. Future Development Areas in PACIFICO are listed below:
